Who It’s For

You’re navigating the in-between— graduating, coming out, ending a relationship, setting boundaries with family, or simply trying to figure out who you are beyond what’s been expected of you.

Maybe you feel like you’re supposed to have it all together, but underneath you’re overwhelmed, questioning everything, and unsure what’s next. If you’re in your 20s or 30s and feel stuck, disconnected, or lost in transition, therapy can help.

— Feeling uncertain about your identity, purpose, or direction

— Struggling to separate from family dynamics or cultural expectations

— Anxiety about making the “right” decisions in work, love, or life

— Feeling like you’ve outgrown parts of your life, but not sure what’s next

— Difficulty expressing needs, setting boundaries, or trusting your voice

What You Might Be Struggling With

How Therapy Helps

Therapy gives you a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

We help Millennials and Gen Z explore identity, life direction, and relationships through a mix of systemic therapy, somatic practices, and honest, grounded conversation. You’ll learn how to understand your patterns, shift what’s no longer working, and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

Our work often includes:

— Exploring your identity through the lens family, culture, and trauma

— Healing self-doubt and people-pleasing patterns

— Practicing boundary-setting and self-trust

— Making meaning out of transitions, endings, and beginnings

  • We don’t just nod and ask, “How does that make you feel?”

We’re here to help you understand why certain patterns keep showing up, how your story has shaped your sense of self, and what’s actually possible when you start showing up for yourself more honestly.

We bring our real selves into the room—therapists who are warm, curious, direct, and invested. We’re not here to “fix” you. We’re here to walk with you as you learn to live more fully as you.

  • Our work is rooted in relational therapy— we look at how your connections (past and present) impact how you feel, cope, and relate to yourself and others. We use a systemic lens, exploring how family patterns and cultural messages have shaped your identity.

    We also integrate:

    • Attachment-based therapy, to help you build more secure relationships (including the one with yourself)

    • Somatic practices, like nervous system awareness and breathwork, to help you get out of your head and into your body

    • Mindfulness-based tools, to create space between your thoughts and reactions

Everything we do is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and tailored to your needs- not a rigid formula

  • In the beginning, we’ll take time to get to know you— your story, your stressors, and your hopes for therapy. As we build trust, we’ll move into the deeper work at your pace. That might include processing past pain, naming emotions in the moment, exploring identity, or learning to regulate your nervous system when life feels like too much.

There’s no pressure to perform, fix, or have it all figured out. You just get to be real—and supported.

  • Totally normal. A lot of people come to us feeling stuck, disconnected, or just tired of trying to keep it all together. You don’t need to have a “clear issue” or a perfect reason to start. If you’re curious, that’s enough.

We’re here to support you.
